My skin is the color of Hershey's %26amp; I just put on a fuchsia color by N.Y.C., I think my nails look fab! I'm 19, do you think I'm too old to be wearing bright nail colors? I rarely do this but my nails are reasonably long enough for this. When do you think is the cutoff for bright nail colors in your opinion? Is there even a cutoff?

Since when does age have anything to do with what colors you wear? Wearing a bright color on a darker skin tone will cause you darker complexion to come out more. The bright color will look like it's glowing because you are dark. I think it would look nice. Dark skins are very beautiful!!!
