Confused about my wedding colors!!?

I am having a hard time deciding what colors to use. My bridesmaid dresses are wearing red and my cake is gold. You can go to this website and see what I'm talking about. http://www.maisiefantaisie.co.uk/gold-we...

Do I use red, orange, fuchsia and gold? What do I do. My wedding is Sept. 22 and I still can't make up my mind. I'd still like to do a Latin theme. Any suggestions?

Confused about my wedding colors!!?
i think you're fine.. the cake is beautiful, and im sure the gals look great in their dresses.. just pick colors *(you seem to have made your decision..) just keep everything to those colors and everything will be fine.. the colors are not what everyone will remember.. the day's focus will be you and your groom
Reply:the gold and fuchsia look really pretty together and that is a combination that you don't usually see! and it is sooo BEAUTIFUL together!
Reply:okay, the dresses are red, and you cake is gold, instead of useing the pink flowers use red that cuts down on the miss hap, of one color, now where are you getting orange from, i didnt see orange on the cake,, but i would use red flowers, but if you wanted it color full, you could always mix the colors of you eniter wedding with the flowers that are going to be on the cake, that way it ties everything in together
Reply:Just use red flowers %26amp; cut out the orange %26amp; fuscia all together.
Reply:i vote gold, but for what? just like the ribbon, and items like that? well if the bridesmaids are wearing red, i think gold accents would match very well. Good luck!
Reply:Red, orange, and gold would be pretty I think. Four colors are two many. Even red and gold would look awesome. Whatever you do, keep the red. Red is so popular among the Latino community. Congrats!
Reply:You can use as many colors as you want. But try to only have one or two primary colors. Red and gold sound nice. You can add the other two in as accents or flowers or napkin colors.
Reply:Red orange fuschia and gold does make me think of sort of latin themes, like flamenco dancers or something.

With those colors it would be really helpful when your trying to find flowers, because you have so many more options.

Love your cake too

You could hang colorful lanterns to sort of tie in the whole theme. I've seen some really pretty weddings with lanterns
Reply:Don't use all those colors. Just use red and gold and white for your dress if you want. Too many colors can confuse the eye on your big day.
Reply:Hardware store and play with the paint chips or Benjamin Moore paints has a tool on their website now that lets you play with all their colors online.

Try adding in the orange like you were talking about. Just red and gold would look more Indian than Latin. Yellows would be really latin too.
Reply:Since your wedding is in September, the red and gold will be very pretty - you could add sage green accents (ivy/eucalyptus) in the floral arrangements along with a pale yellow. Also, chocolate brown looks good with red and gold.

To keep it simple though, take your red and gold color samples along with you and pick various shades of ribbon, flowers or whatever you're looking for in red and gold. Don't be afraid to vary the shade of the red or the gold - it adds depth and keeps things interesting, in my opinion.
Reply:There are some good examples of what colors other brides have chosen in the portfolio section of http://www.lcdphotography.com

Hope this helps :-)
Reply:I've actually seen some example wedding photos of decorations and themes with these colors, and they were beautiful and vibrant. Have you been to brides.com? If you haven't yet, I would check it out. Here's a quick link to the red gallery:
