okay, so the pufferfish you have to get at noon (when the clock hand points directly down - basically six o'clock on a regular clock) at the beach you washed up on, by the crate. spearfish. you can't miss it. the rest of the bugs i think you just have to hunt for bugs somewhere but squish ALL of the bugs on the screen b4 those ones come out.
