In sims 2 castaway on ds, I really need help with the first person you see, when you trade......?

I got to the first person and traded and need the hammer needle (i think), but i need to find a pufferfish, a green bug, a jade bug, and a fuchsia bug. Where do i find these things in order to trade her for the hammer needle? also, do i need the hammer needle? and what for? how do i cut the vines?





please help and respond to this ASAP!

... All lame jokes aside, here's a slight rundown.





For the pufferfish, you can find it by spearfishing in the ocean in broad daylight. For the fuschia and the jade bug, you need perfect scores on the bug squishing rocks. The green bug is easier - but you need to hunt around for the rocks.





And, yes, you do need the hammer handle. It's needed for crafting a hammer which a) helps to complete your collection and b) craft the canoe which you use to explore the island later on. And to cut the hanging tapestry of vines, you need the hatchet. Dr. Feelgood gives you the hatchet handle - the hatchet head is eventually washed ashore
