Also where do i get the surf hm or tm, whatever it is. Im kinda stuck so help me pleze?

On the red version, when i beat the 5th gim leader at Fuchsia city where do i go next?
You've gotta do the stuff in the Safari Zone to get strength and Surf (find the secret house and the guys teeth) and you buy a drink from the vending machines in celadon city to give to the saffron guards so they let you through. Or if it's fire red theres an old lady in celadon who gives you tea to give them.
